APRIL 19, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Judy Pless, <br />Budget and Finance Manager; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Kady <br />Porterfield, KVEC Director; Arden Thomas, WRP Manager and four <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 16, 2021. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BELSAAS & SMITH EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signature on a Professional Services Agreement Between Kittitas <br />County and Belsaas & Smith to paint and do minimal repairs on the <br />Yellow Buildings at the Event Center in the amount of $ 44,955.00. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Ms. Porterfield indicated most of the <br />cost was in her budget and she would be not doing some smaller <br />projects to offset the non-budgeted cost. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER MID-COLUMBIA FISHERIES PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve & authorize the Board’s <br />signature on a letter of support for Mid-Columbia Fisheries to <br />Congresswoman Schrier’s Office, as presented.
