KITTITAS COUNTY <br />KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 3, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize the Director of Airport Operations to Negotiate, Enter <br />Into, and Approve Contracts with a Value of Less Than $25,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The BOCC has in the past authorized other Departments to sign <br />contracts, administrative agreements, or sub-agreements to <br />expedite County business. Airport Staff is frequently required to do <br />similar business. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of County Commissioners, Airport staff <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Airport Staff is requesting the BOCC give the Director of Airport <br />Operations signature authority to negotiate, enter into, and approve <br />contracts for expenditures, purchases, or other contractual <br />obligations for property, goods, or services with the monetary <br />value of less than $25,000. <br /> <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />
