'71- i n 9 <br />RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF <br />REVENUE FROM KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC <br />SAFETY BUILDING INMATE TELEPHONE SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, an inmate telephone service was installed in the <br />Kittitas County Public Safety Building, Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Department, by Gateway Technology, Inc., Carrollton, <br />Texas, in June of 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the installation of this system results in the <br />receipts of certain revenues from inmate initiated telephone <br />calls from the Kittitas County Public Safety Building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, <br />having considered this revenue and the fair and rational <br />distribution of such revenue, concludes that it should be used <br />for the benefit of the Public Safety Building facilities and <br />inmates housed therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners finds <br />that there is a continuing and ongoing need for capital <br />improvement and capital repair in the Public Safety Building; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br />1.
