Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Susan Grindle, CEO HopeSource & Patti <br />Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 8, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT STEVE LUTEN – HAHC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the appointment of Steve <br />Luten to the Kittitas County Homelessness & Affordable Housing <br />Committee for a two year term effective immediately and ending on <br />12/31/2020, and directed Staff to prepare a letter for Chair <br />signature appointing Mr. Luten. Chairman Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY DIBBLE ENGINEERS INC. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wright moved to ratify Commissioner Osiadacz’s signature on <br />a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Dibble <br />Engineers Inc., to perform the Courthouse Building Structural <br />Floor/Ceiling Investigation, as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
