2/11/2019 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MERIT SELL PROPERTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Topic was tabled. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION NO NET LOSS DEFINITION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz provided an outline of what she interpreted <br />from the 12/4/2018 Special Meeting on what the BoCC felt was the <br />definition of no net loss of roads. She stated that the Public Lands <br />Advisory Committee (PLAC) was meeting today and wanted to get this <br />included in the work they are doing. Chairman Wright stated that he <br />felt it included the Boards guidelines in a way that allowed for <br />further input and discussion in the future. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />stated she would get it to the PLAC Clerk for their meeting today. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of February 11, 2019 they would <br />post the 2019 National County Government Week Coloring Contest <br />announcement as well as share the WSU Extension Podcast “Art of the <br />Range”. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. This was determined at a Special <br />Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners held on June 18, <br />2009. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their <br />respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. On <br />January 3, 2011 the Board determined it would be beneficial to <br />alternate Commissioners that will oversee the different Department <br />Head’s on an annual basis.
