DECEMBER 18, 2018 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official; Jeremy <br />Johnston, Staff Planner; and 3 members of the public. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING AMEND 2018 BUDGET AUDITOR <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider Amending the 2018 Budget. <br /> JUDY PLESS, BUDGET & FINANCE MANAGER reviewed a request to amend <br />the County budget in the amount of $7,015.012.00. She indicated <br />the budget amendment was due to grant awards, special projects <br />and unforeseen expenses. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2018-206 AMEND 2018 BUDGET AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-206, <br />Amending the 2018 Budget in the total amount of $7,015,102.00. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING TALISMAN TOWNHOMES PRELIMINARY PLAT CDS <br /> <br />At 2:04 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider the Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat (LP-18-00003). <br /> JEREMY JOHNSTON, STAFF PLANNER reviewed the Talisman Townhomes <br />Preliminary Plat (LP-18-00003) which was an application <br />submitted by Theo Leonard, authorized agent for a 24 residential <br />lot plat with an access tract and three community open space <br />tracts on approximately 1.27 acres of land that is zoned Master <br />Planned Resort. The proposed lots average 1,719 sq. ft. and is <br />being proposed under the Suncadia Master Planned Resort <br />Development Agreement.
