He recommended approval of the request with Findings <br />of Fact; Conclusions of Law and Conditions. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve the Talisman Townhomes <br />Preliminary Plat (LP-18-00003) as recommended with the Findings <br />of Fact; Conclusions of Law and Conditions and to direct Staff <br />to prepare enabling documents. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. PUBLIC HEARING SIX YEAR TIP & ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC WORKS <br />At approximately 2:10 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public <br />Hearing to consider adoption of the Six Year Transportation <br />Improvement Program for the Years 2019-2024 and the Annual <br />Construction Program for 2019. <br /> MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR reviewed the Six-Year <br />Transportation Improvement Plan for the Years 2019-2024 and the <br />Annual Construction Program for 2019. He said they held two Open <br />Houses, one in the Upper County and one in the Lower County to <br />receive public input and comments regarding the plans. No <br />changes to Staff’s proposals were necessary based on the public <br />comments that were received. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. Motion carried RESOLUTION 2018-208 ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-208, <br />Adopting the Annual Construction Program for 2019.
