APRIL 24, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director <br />and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 21, 2017. <br /> <br />LETTER RATIFY LETTER TO JAY INSLEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to Ratify Chairman Jewell’s signature on <br />a letter to Governor Jay Inslee Re: ESSB 5808. Commissioner O’Brien <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-076 SM. WORKS CONTRACTS ETC. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution 2017-076, A <br />Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County <br />Washington Concerning a Small Public Works Roster Process to Award <br />Public Works Contracts a Consulting Services Roster for <br />Architectural Engineering and other Professional Services and a <br />Vendor Roster for Goods and Services not related to Public Works <br />Contracts. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
