Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 21, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT SARAH OLIASON - DDAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to appoint Sarah Oliason for a 3 year <br />term to the Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Advisory <br />Committee, effective immediately and ending on 12/31/2019, noting <br />that she is completing a former member’s term and direct Staff to <br />prepare a letter notifying Ms. Oliason of her appointment. Chairman <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT URBAN EBERHART - HPDB COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to reappoint Urban Eberhart for a 2 <br />year term on the Kittitas County Horticulture Pest & Disease Board, <br />effective immediately and ending on 06/30/2021, and directed Staff <br />to prepare a letter notifying Mr. Eberhart of his reappointment. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
