Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 2, 2019. <br /> <br />WAIVER NOISE ORDINANCE – VILLEGAS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize a Noise <br />Ordinance Waiver request from Ithzel Villegas to host a <br />wedding/reception located at 1431 Brickmill Road, Ellensburg, WA <br />98926 on August 10th 2019 until midnight, with the condition that <br />they notify neighbors within a 1000 feet radius of the event and <br />directed Staff to notify Ms. Villegas, KITTCOM and the KCSO. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCSSION HB1406 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright shared an e-mail regarding HB 1406. It was <br />discussed and determined that Commissioner Osiadacz would let <br />Juliana Roe, Policy Director with WSAC know that the County wants to <br />participate and be kept in the loop.
