KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 3, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct a Public Hearing on March 3, 2020 at 2pm to <br />consider amending the 2020 Annual Construction Program <br />BACKGROUND: The Board approved Public Works' 2020 Annual <br />Construction Program with Resolution 2019-152. The <br />deterioration of Bullfrog Road pavement now dictates <br />Public Works amendment of the adopted annual program <br />allowing road repairs in 2020. The inclusion of Bullfrog <br />Road creates a re -prioritization of annual projects. A <br />public hearing conducted on March 3, 2020 did not result <br />in changes to Public Works' recommended amendments to <br />the proposed 2020 Annual Construction Program. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the recommended amendments to the 2020 Public <br />Works' Annual Construction Program. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Annual Construction Program <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
