BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />AMENDING THE 2020 PUBLIC WORKS ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County is required by the County Road Administration Board (CRAB) to <br />develop an annual construction program for Board of County Commission <br />adoption during Road Fund budget development; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners adopted the 2020 Public Works Annual <br />Construction Program with Resolution 2019-152; and <br />WHEREAS: The recent deterioration of Bullfrog Road pavement now requires amending of <br />the adopted plan allowing 2020 repairs; and <br />WHEREAS: The addition of the Bullfrog pavement rehabilitation project requires re - <br />prioritizing projects for 2020 construction; <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners conducted a public hearing on March 3, <br />2020 regarding Public Works' proposed amendments; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby amend the 2020 Public Works Annual Construction <br />Program. <br />DATED this 3rd day of March 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
