KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 4, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Establish Game Bird <br />Loop and Sage Grouse Lane onto the County's Public Road <br />System <br />BACKGROUND: Recently, the Board took action establishing four roads <br />within the "Game Farm" plat onto the public road system. <br />During final addressing, KITCOM requested the roads be <br />identified as being a loop road and an internal connector <br />roadway. The action results in the creation of Game Bird <br />Loop and Sage Grouse Lane. Public Works desires <br />correcting our mistake in establishing the plat roadways <br />without recognizing the request of KITCOM for road name <br />reassignment. <br />Public Works requests the Board establish Game Bird Loop <br />(MP 0.0 to MP 0.61) beginning and ending at Game Farm <br />Road. Public Works further requests that Sage Grouse <br />Lane (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14) beginning at Game Bird Loop <br />and ending at Game Bird Loop also be established onto the <br />public road system. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Establish Game Farm Loop and <br />Sage Grouse Lane onto the County's public road system. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution establishing Game Farm Loop and Sage Grouse <br />Lane onto the public road system. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
