BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />Mlie771i�1fL�7►ii,[� ►.I1IF� <br />ESTABLISHING GAME BIRD LOOP AND SAGE GROUSE LANE ONTO THE <br />PUBLIC ROAD SYSTEM AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2018-180 <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners established internal <br />roadways serving the "Game Farm" plat onto the public road system in <br />Resolution 2018-180; and <br />WHEREAS: During final addressing review KITTCOM requested the internal roadways be <br />identified as being: "Game Bird Loop" and "Sage Grouse Lane"; and <br />WHEREAS: Resolution 2018-180 did not reflect KITTCOM's addressing request; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works desires correcting the mistakenly identified "Game Farm" plat <br />roadways reflecting the request of KITTCOM; and <br />WHEREAS: Game Bird Loop (MP 0.0 to MP 0.61) beginning and ending at Game Farm Road <br />and Sage Grouse Lane (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14) beginning and ending at Game Bird <br />Loop have been accepted following construction by Public Works; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby establish Game Bird Loop (MP 0.0 to MP 0.61) <br />beginning and ending at Game Farm Road and Sage Grouse Lane (MP 0.0 to MP 0.14) <br />beginning and ending at Game Bird Loop onto the public road system; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners does hereby rescind the <br />establishment of roadways as described in Resolution 2018-180. <br />DATED this 4th day of November, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
