KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 16, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Resolution to Issue the required <br />"Notice of Intent to Formulate Kittitas County Road <br />Improvement District 2018-01: Wiehl Road" <br />BACKGROUND: Recently, the Board of County Commissioners directed <br />staff prepare the required "Notice of Intent to Formulate <br />Kittitas County Road Improvement District 2018-01: <br />Wiehl Road". The action is taken via resolution and sets <br />the date for the RID public hearing as being November 20, <br />2018 at 2:00 PM in the Commissioner's Auditorium. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Issue the required notice of intent to formulate and direct <br />staff prepare/issue all required notices to benefited property <br />owners in the district boundary. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1: Resolution with exhibits. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
