To respond, please update your service <br />request on CAMAS using the link below. <br />Request #42264 - Special Event Application - ABATE 2018 Spring Opener <br />Initial request: <br />Our office received the attached Special Event Application & Application fee from ABATE of <br />Washington to host the 2018 ABATE of Washington Spring Opener, to be held on June 21 st — <br />June 24th, 2018. 1 will be placing this request on the March 6, 2018 Commissioner Agenda for <br />the Board's consideration. Please submit your departments recommendation to me no later than <br />February 26, 2018 by noon. If there are still outstanding issues, please indicate those in writing <br />as well. For specific questions regarding the event I would ask that you contact the applicant <br />directly. Please note that they indicated once the event is approved they will provide a certificate <br />of liability insurance. — New this year please keep track of your departments staff time on this <br />application and when you provide me the feedback include the amount of time involved in <br />reviewing the application and or working with the applicant.
