'f <br />iYAKIMA COUNTY <br />February 16, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Commissioners <br />205 W. 5th Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />RE: Yakima County Crime Stoppers "Your Canyon for a Day" May 21, 2017 <br />Dear Sirs: <br />HOZ frZ <br />In preparation for our 13th annual Bike Tour on May 21, 2017 we have sent the following for your review <br />and approval. <br />A Event Application <br />• An attachment to the Event Application <br />• Certificate of Insurance from State Farm naming Kittitas County, Yakima County, Washington <br />state Patrol, BLM, WSDOT and Federal Government as additional insured or certificate holders. <br />• Application for exemption from permit. <br />• $200.00 Administration fee. <br />We are again requesting a waiver of the $5,000.00 cash or bond provisions of KCC 5.2.100. This is the <br />13th annual ride in the Yakima River Canyon.
