FEBRUARY 2, 2026 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Jeanne Killgore, HR Director; Josh Fredrickson, <br />Public Works Director; Cody Cupp, Assistant Maintenance Director; <br />Therese Murphy, Deputy Prosecutor III; Miko Tempski, Deputy <br />Prosecutor III; and two members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher, spoke in opposition to the COG ED Director and stated <br />he doesn’t know how it will ever work and that it seems like it will <br />be messy and expensive. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 30, 2026. <br /> <br />REQUEST MAINT TECH RECLASS MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Jeanne Killgore, HR Director stated that Director Stacey was not <br />able to be present today but would like to post her vacant <br />Maintenance Tech I as a Maintenance Tech II. She stated that it will <br />allow for them to recruit someone with more experience and will <br />allow Cody Cupp to handle more administrative duties. Director <br />Killgore stated that the cost would be about $2,500.00 for the year.
