BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />REsoLUnoN No. zozs Al3- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERAGENGY AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE CITY OF ELLENSBURG <br />WHEREAS, RCW 39.34, the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for <br />public agencies to cooperate by providing services and facilities for mutual advantage. <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Sheriffls Office and the City of Ellensburg on behalf <br />of their law enforcement agencies pursuant to the Washington MutualAid Peace Officers <br />powers Act, chapter 10.93 RCW for the specific purpose of creating and maintaining a <br />multi-jurisdictionalteam to be hereafter known as the Kittitas County RegionalTactical <br />Response Team (KCRTRT). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY <br />ORDERED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington <br />authorizes the execution of the Interagency Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriffs <br />Office and The City of Ellensburg that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, and which shall be forthwith filed with the Kittitas County Auditor pursuant to <br />RCW 39.34.040. <br />ADOPTED this ++\ d ay of il,u u^jxl'2025 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />mrssloner <br />Vi <br />SM <br />EClerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />tr Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />c0l <br />SEAL <br />7 <br />RESOLUTION
