BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />REsoLUiloN No.2o2s- I Il <br />-A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CENTRALIA <br />COLLEGE AND KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON FOR CONTRACTED BANKING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, RCW 39.34, the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for public <br />agencies to cooperate by providing piggybacking options on awarded contracts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Treasurer published a Request for Proposal for Banking Services <br />on March L't,2024, and awarded the contract to US Bank, beginning September I't,2024; and <br />WHEREAS, Centralia College wishes to piggyback on the terms of the contract the Kittitas <br />County Treasurer awarded to US Bank for Banking services, through September I't,2027, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington authorizes the execution of the lnterlocal Agreement for the Piggybacking of Contracted <br />Banking Services that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference, and which shall be <br />forthwith filed with Ihe Kittitas County Auditor pursuant to RCW 39,34.040. <br />Adopted tt i, Sf Ao <br />ay ot X1.& zozs. <br />BOARD OF COUNW COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHI NGTON <br />Eu*',n", <br />Corv Wrisht.
