OCTOBER 28, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, <br />Administrative Assistant; Jeanne Killgore, HR Director; Amy Cziske, <br />Treasurer; Zack DeHaven, Assistant Finance Director; Kylee <br />Wuesthoff, Finance Officer; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Molly McDowell, Deputy Prosecutor I; and 4 members of <br />the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher asked questions about funds relating to the Recreation <br />Tourism Plan. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAFS & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 25, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2024-186 SHERIFF’S SALE MRT PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-186, to <br />Ratify the Board of County Commissioners’ Unanimous Vote to <br />Authorize a Sheriff’s Sale of the Real Property Located at 1000 <br />Mountain River Trails Road Cle Elum, WA 98922. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
