OCTOBER 14, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory <br />Wright. Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Jeanne <br />Killgore, HR Director; Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Zack <br />DeHaven, Assistant Finance Director; Andrew Yoder, Finance Manager; <br />Bryan Elliott, Auditor; and two members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – Pat Kelleher, reviewed the email he sent to the <br />BoCC regarding Vantage Boat Ramp Traffic Data and stressed that FERC <br />needs to be notified, and notice needs to get filed. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. Note: There were no <br />PAF’s at this meeting. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 11, 2024. <br /> <br />LETTER SNO-PARK AND TRAILS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve Board signature on a letter <br />to the Winter Recreation Program for Washington State Parks & <br />Recreation Commission. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried <br />2-0. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />
