OCTOBER 17, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor III; David Ohl, Airport Director; Patti Stacey, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager/Interim Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 14, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 11/23/2022 OFFICE CLOSED-REMOTE ONLY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator questioned if the Board would <br />be willing to entertain closing the Office to walk in’s but allow <br />for remote work on 11/23/2022 since Emily Smith and Commissioner <br />Wright will be the only two who are not marked out on the calendar. <br />Commissioner Wright stated he had no issues with that and <br />Commissioner Wachsmith also agreed. Staff indicated that they would <br />prepare a sign for the door of how public could reach the office for <br />11/23/2022. <br /> <br />REQUEST FISH & KITTITAS COUNTY LEASEHOLD DEED AIRPORT <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signatures on a Leasehold Deed of Trust between Kittitas County and
