JUNE 27, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant and <br />Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 24, 2022. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT JOSEPH PEARSON COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Joseph Pearson, to the Kittitas <br />County Planning Commission Dist. #1, for a 2-year term effective <br />immediately and to expire on 12/31/2023, noting that he is <br />completing a former members term. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION EVALUATION PLANNING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed their desires to get the Department Head <br />evaluations back on track. They determined that Commissioner Wright <br />would do the following Evals: Kady Mark Cook and Kristine Foreman. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith would do: Jim Goeben, Dan Carlson & Chelsey <br />Loeffers, and Chairman Osiadacz would do Patti Stacey, and Julie <br />Kjorsvik.
