MAY 23, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz(virtual); Vice- <br />Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor III. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 20, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OPMA UPDATE/CHANGES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board asked Deputy Prosecutor Hartung some clarifying questions <br />about the OPMA updates and processes they currently have in place. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT PAT DENEEN – PLANNING COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz moved approve the Vice-Chair’s signature on a <br />letter to Pat Deneen appointing him to the Planning Commissioner <br />Dist. 2 vacancy effective immediately, noting that his initial term <br />would end on 12/31/2023, and then he would be notified of his term <br />ending and invited to apply for a full term. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY CRIME POLICY RENEWAL COMMISSIONERS <br />
