FEBRUARY 28, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Carly <br />Brettmann, Communications Director; Sue Higginbotham, Chief <br />Administrator (Auditor’s Office) and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 25, 2022. <br /> <br />LETTER CITY OF ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to acknowledge the letter received from <br />the City of Ellensburg Re: Representation on Various County Boards & <br />Commissions and to authorize Board signature on a Letter of <br />Acknowledgement. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3- <br />0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT DDAC & FAIRBOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Amy Cziske, to the County Fair <br />Board effective immediately and to expire on 12/31/2022, noting that <br />she is completing a former members term. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-1. (Commissioner Wachsmith abstained) <br />
