Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; and 1 member of <br />the public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:13 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed vouchers. <br />There were no PAF’s for the week. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 23, 2021. <br /> AGREEMENT KC INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM SHERIFF <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to acknowledge a Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the Kittitas Valley Event Center and the <br />Kittitas County Incident Management Team, for a priority-hold to use <br />KVEC resources in case of an emergency vaccine clinic is initiated. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> AGREEMENT COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE AUDITOR <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve Amendment A to Agreement No. <br />2021-105MH between Kittitas County and Comprehensive Healthcare. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded.
