12/27/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />LETTER STATE AUDITOR AUDITOR <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to ratify the Chair’s signature on an <br />Amendment to an engagement letter dated September 22, 2021, to <br />replace the estimate of cost to complete the audit in the “Estimated <br />Audit Costs and Timeline”, revising the amount to $95,200.00. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. UPDATE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There were no updates. <br /> UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis.
