Assistant; Jeanne <br />Killgore, HR Rep.; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director; Judy <br />Pless, Budget & Finance Director; George Long, KITTCOM Director; <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 1, 2021. <br /> <br />CONFIRM COUNTY BLAKE LAWSUIT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor requested confirmation that the Board would <br />still like the County to remain a part of the additional Plaintiffs <br />for the Blake suit against the State. The Board indicated that it is <br />correct that they would like to see the County remain a part of the <br />lawsuit and that he was correct in pursuing it on behalf of the <br />County. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2021-152 OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-152, <br />Authorizing the Closure of the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners Office on December 17, 2021, as presented.
