10/4/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER RATIFY INSLEE LETTER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and ratify Board signature on <br />a letter to Governor Inslee regarding concern with the mandated <br />vaccination orders and lack of respect for local involvement <br />affecting the Communities they are elected to represent. She noted <br />this letter was brought forward by Representative Dent’s office and <br />all Counties have signed on. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2021-151 REVISING DATES AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-151, In <br />the Matter of Revising the Dates in Resolution 2021-109 for the 2022 <br />Budget Hearings in Kittitas County, as presented. Commissioner <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY FORM – KITTCOM COMMISSIONER <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and ratify Chair signature on <br />a Signature Authorization Form between Kittitas County and <br />Washington State Military Department Contract U22-014. Commissioner <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION COMMISSIONER <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve and ratify Commissioner <br />Osiadacz’s signature on a Notice of Liquor License Application for <br />Suncadia Management at Suncadia Resort originally before the Board <br />on the 9/13/2021 Correspondence Log, noting there were no concerns <br />expressed. Commissioner Wright seconded. Commissioner Wright <br />questioned in the future how the Board would determine if this was <br />an appropriate action to sign outside of a Board meeting. The Board <br />agreed that moving forward if the license has been before the Board <br />and there were no objections and then the applicant asks for it to <br />be expedited and there were no previous concerns expressed then it <br />would be fine and then have it brought forward for ratification at a <br />future Admin Meeting. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 2022 BUDGET COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board asked the Board for their 2022 <br />Department Goals and Accomplishments. She stated that she has asked <br />for them a while ago but had not heard back.
