MAY 10, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright; and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 7, 2021. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT COURTHOUSE COMMITTEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor reviewed Resolution No. <br />2021-006 outlining the makeup of the new Courthouse Committee & <br />presented applications for Dist.#1, Dist.#2 and Dist.#3 that had <br />been received for the Board to consider for appointment. <br />Commissioner Wright recommended for appointment Milton D. Johnston & <br />Linda Huber to represent Dist. #1; Commissioner Osiadacz recommended <br />for appointment Tyler Glahn & Gary Berndt to represent Dist. #2 and <br />Chairman Wachsmith recommended for appointment Richard Bueschel, and <br />Michael “Tony” Malella to the Dist. #3 seats and recommended <br />Michelle Bibich to serve as the resident living in the City of <br />Ellensburg representative. Commissioner Osiadacz moved to appoint <br />the recommended citizens for two year terms effective immediately <br />and to expire on 5/10/2023. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0.
