5/10/2021 MINUTES 2 APPOINTMENT LTAC - DAVIDSON COMMISSIONERS Item pulled. Will be considered at the next Office Admin Meeting. ACKNOWLEDGE HAHC - ESPARZA COMMISSIONERS Commissioner Osiadacz moved to acknowledge and approve the reassignment of Bradley Esparza to formerly homeless on the Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee from Member At Large as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. LETTER SENATOR MURRAY COMMISSIONERS Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Board signature on a letter to Senator Murray supporting the City of Cle Elum Sewer System Life Cycle Restart Project as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. SET PUBLIC HEARING CDBG - HOPESOURCE COMMISSIONERS Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve setting a Public Hearing to consider a CDBG Public Services Grant Application, to be held on May 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. via WebEx, and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3- 0. UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting on 1-11-2021. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS The Board determined for the week of May 10, 2021 they would post on their Facebook page about the Legislative Summary from the State; the Liberty Bridge Press Release and Club 301 Shot for Shots event. OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the Board participated in, individually over the past week. Chairman Wachsmith questioned the Board if they were interested in a trial period of allowing Staff to work from home of Fridays. He
