Will be considered at the next Office Admin Meeting. <br /> <br />ACKNOWLEDGE HAHC - ESPARZA COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to acknowledge and approve the <br />reassignment of Bradley Esparza to formerly homeless on the <br />Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee from Member At Large as <br />presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER SENATOR MURRAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Board signature on a letter <br />to Senator Murray supporting the City of Cle Elum Sewer System Life <br />Cycle Restart Project as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING CDBG - HOPESOURCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve setting a Public Hearing to <br />consider a CDBG Public Services Grant Application, to be held on May <br />25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. via WebEx, and to authorize the Clerk to <br />publish said notice. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3- <br />0. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of May 10, 2021 they would post on <br />their Facebook page about the Legislative Summary from the State; <br />the Liberty Bridge Press Release and Club 301 Shot for Shots event. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith questioned the Board if they were interested in a <br />trial period of allowing Staff to work from home of Fridays.
