MARCH 15, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Cory <br />Wright and Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Tristen <br />Lamb, Public Health Administrator; Mark Larson, Public Health <br />Official; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 12, 2021. <br /> <br />RESOLUITON 2021-036 SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-036, a <br />Resolution Regarding Acceptance of KCC 5.20 Special Event Permit <br />Applications During the COVID-19 Pandemic. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUITON 2021-037 EWCOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-037, a <br />Resolution Adopting Articles of Association and Bylaws for the <br />Eastern Washington Council of Governments.
