3/15/2021 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter to U.S. Dept. Of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, <br />regarding the I-90/Vantage Bridge – Replacement Bridge Deck and <br />Special Repairs Project, as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Motion caried 3-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated he would like to have a Special Meeting <br />with the Board, Elected Officials and Department Heads about the <br />Late Financial Audits and Reporting.
