MAY 22, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz (via WebEx), and Commissioner Cory Wright (via WebEx). <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Lisa Young, HR Director; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board (via WebEx); Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board (via WebEx); Jodi Hammond, Chief Criminal Deputy <br />(via WebEx); Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy (via WebEx); <br />Stephanie Hartung, DPA III (via WebEx); Chris Horner, DPA III (via <br />WebEx); Ben Kokjer, Chief Deputy (via WebEx); Dr. Mark Larson, <br />Health Officer (via WebEx); Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator (via WebEx); Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy (via <br />WebEx); Jerry Pettit, Auditor (via WebEx); Judy Pless, Budget and <br />Finance Manager (via WebEx); and 1 member of the public (via WebEx). <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for the <br />Board to provide planning updates relating to COVID-19. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:02 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 20 minutes with Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; <br />Jodi Hammond, Chief Criminal Deputy (via WebEx); Neil Caulkins, <br />Chief Civil Deputy (via WebEx); Stephanie Hartung, DPA III (via <br />WebEx); Chris Horner, DPA III (via WebEx); Ben Kokjer, Chief Deputy <br />(via WebEx); Dr. Mark Larson, Health Officer (via WebEx); and <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator (via WebEx)to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:22 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:24 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 20 minutes with Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Jodi Hammond, Chief Criminal Deputy (via WebEx); Neil
