JANUARY 28, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 25, 2019. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL JURASSIC PARLIAMENT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board reviewed a proposal from Ms. Ann Macfarlane, Professional <br />Registered Parliamentarian (Jurassic Parliament). They indicated <br />that they were in support of bringing her in as part of the BoCC <br />Office Retreat. Staff was directed to work with Ms. Macfarlane on <br />dates she might be able to come over and also encouraged to reach <br />out to Boards, Committee’s and Commission Clerks about have their <br />Chair’s attending, noting it would be first come first serve as they <br />are only allowed so many for the training. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATES SIGNATURE – LEADERSHIP ACADEMY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize Board signature on <br />Certificates of Participation for the County Leadership Academy Part <br />One – The Why of Processes. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. The Board stated they would split up the Certificates
