APRIL 17, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 14, 2017. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION MOTORIZED VEHICLE ACCESS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz explained that she was wanting to get a feel <br />where the Board is at on whether or not they wanted to entertain a <br />discussion on allowing motorized vehicle access on Public Lands. <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell and Commissioner O’Brien both expressed their <br />support but explained that it was a matter of where and how. <br />Chairman Jewell indicated that the Teanaway Community Forest will be <br />putting forward a plan for managed access and he was thinking that <br />it may address some of the obstacles Commissioner Osiadacz is <br />looking to assist with. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION POSITION ON GRIZZLY BEAR PLANTING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz explained that she wanted to follow up and see <br />if the Board was going to submit a letter taking a position on the
