JULY 01, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 28, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT ROAD STANDARDS REVIEW COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to appoint Chad Bala, Pat Deneen and <br />Marc Kirkpatrick to the County Road Standards Review Committee and <br />to acknowledge representation of the Fire Marshal Pat Nicholson, <br />Public Works Director/Interim Engineer Mark Cook and CDS Director <br />Dan Carlson, effective immediately. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of July 1, 2019 they would <br />post on their Facebook a notice of the Burn Ban; 4th of July Concert <br />reminder and a Happy 4th of July from the BoCC. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />
