7/01/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying <br />topics and discussions they independently had throughout the <br />previous week. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright gave an update on a meeting he had with I.T. <br />regarding Internal Policies. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:51 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes to receive and evaluate complaints <br />or charges brought against a public officer or employee. However, <br />upon the request of such officer or employee, a public hearing or a <br />meeting open to the public shall be conducted upon such complaint or <br />charge. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:01 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
