OCTOBER 28, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 25, 2019. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION NACO SCHOLARSHIPS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wright presented information on the NACo High Performance <br />Program on-line leadership development. He questioned if other Board <br />members were interested and if he should continue to discuss <br />scholarship options with NACo. Commissioner Wachsmith stated that he <br />was also interested and had planned to bring forward the e-mail sent <br />from NACo. Chairman Wright stated that he will follow up on the <br />Scholarship options and get the County registered for the program. <br /> <br />WAIVER NOISE ORDINANCE – WSDOT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a request for a waiver to <br />the County Noise Ordinance from William Sauriol, WSDOT South Central <br />Environmental Manager from March 1, 2020 – December 31, 2025 on I-90 <br />Snoqualmie Pass East (SPE) Project/Cabin Creek I/C to W. Easton I/C
