10/28/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />Phase 3 - Milepost (MP) 64.15 to MP 70.58, noting that the Board <br />asked WSDOT to perform work during daytime hours wherever homes are <br />& when possible, also noting that notify the residents by signs in <br />advance and encouraged you to notify the City of Cle Elum and Roslyn <br />if that hadn’t been done. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION DISCUSSION/DECISION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined at this time they would like to terminate the <br />meetings set up to meet with the facilitator and directed staff to <br />reach out to notify the facilitator they would not be meeting. Greg <br />Zempel, Prosecutor & Lisa Young, HR Director stated that if they <br />would like to resume the meetings at some point later on either on a <br />group level or individual to let them know and they can set it up. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of October 28, 2019 they <br />would share on their Facebook the Press Release about teen drivers <br />being awarded for safe driving; Downtown Trick or Treating and the <br />Letter that the Public Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC) wrote <br />regarding the North Cascades Ecosystem Grizzly Bear Restoration <br />Plan. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying <br />topics and discussions they independently had throughout the <br />previous week. <br /> <br />*The Board stated that they were in favor of a Controlled burn at <br />Bowers Field. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Chairman
