Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I and Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 7, 2020. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of February 10, 2020 that they <br />would share on their Facebook the two Proclamations they approved <br />during their Tuesday February 4, 2020 Agenda Session regarding <br />Family Career and Community Leaders of America Week, as well as <br />Women’s Voting Rights Day, and an announcement about the recent <br />hiring of Benjamin West the County Airport Director. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying <br />topics and discussions they independently had throughout the <br />previous week.
