<br />2/10/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />The Board determined that CDS Director Dan Carlson would be the New <br />Director of Airport Operations Benjamin West’s, County mentor. <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith stated that he would send notice to Department <br />Heads on how to code their timecards when taking any kind of leave <br />if the BoCC was supportive of it. The Board stated they supported <br />it. <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer briefed the <br />Board on the letter they received from the City of Ellensburg <br />regarding flooding Reecer Creek Mapping project. <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board asked the Board what time they <br />would like to hold the Public Hearing for the proposed Mental Health <br />Tax, noting that it would be at the Armory. The Board stated that <br />6:00 p.m. on 3/3/20, noting it would be live streamed and <br />announcements would be made to that effect. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright questioned if the Board would like to have a <br />Department Head Retreat.
