4/13/2020 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM REGULAR MEETING MONDAY 9:00 A.M. APRIL 13, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and via phone: <br />Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; via Phone: Taylor <br />Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of <br />the Board II; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; and Jim Goeben, <br />IT Director. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br />There was no Correspondence Log to review for the week ending April <br />10, 2020. <br /> UPDATE SERMO DIGITAL COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wright recused himself from the discussion and left the <br />phone call until after the item had been completed. <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director requested direction from the Board on <br />updating the KittitasEmergency.org website, as well as future work <br />performed by Sermo Digital. He indicated that two members of his <br />Staff have experience with Word Press which the website is currently <br />under, but expressed concerns of the security of it, but indicated <br />they’d be willing to take it on inhouse at this time. <br /> <br />The Board explained to Mr. Goeben how the EOC needs to first look at <br />any content prior to it being updated onto the website. Mr. Goeben <br />was asked to contact Sermo Digital to advise them that IT would be <br />taking over the website as soon as possible.
