APRIL 6, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and Via Phone: <br />Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Via Phone: Taylor <br />Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; and Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers. <br />There were no PAF’s to consider. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br />There was no Correspondence Log to review for the week ending April <br />3, 2020. <br /> LETTER KIM SCHRIER – SHOVEL READY PROJECTS COMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve a Letter to Kim Schrier, <br />supporting the funding request made by the City of Roslyn, The <br />Tapash Forest Collaborative, and the Kittitas Fire Adapted <br />Communities Coalition, and to applaud the stakeholders for their <br />“All Lands All Hands” approach. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> AMENDMENT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Professional Service Agreement between the Kittitas County Chamber <br />of Commerce and Kittitas County from January 1, 2020 through <br />December 31, 2020 increasing the Grant Program budget to $30,000.00 <br />and increasing the total Chamber budget by $20,000.00 for a total of <br />$303,150.00. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
