KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 18, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Establish Right of <br />Ways for the Roadways within Lannigan Springs <br />Subdivision <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works acquired the land and roadways over the land <br />serving the Lannigan Springs subdivision via tax title sale. <br />The land now needs to be established as public rights of <br />way supporting the roadway network. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to establish the land supporting the <br />Lannigan Springs roadway network as public rights of way. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
