MHYALSIO&KAMI 1601 MR <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />ESTABLISH LANNIGAN SPRINGS RIGHTS OF WAY <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works acquired the lands underlying the <br />roadway network serving Lannigan Springs subdivision pursuant to tax title sale; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners now directs the Department of Public <br />Works to incorporate the existing road network into the public road system; and <br />WHEREAS: A legal description of the various rights of way are attached to this resolution by <br />Exhibit; and <br />WHEREAS: The various roadways are currently known as: "Lum Road, White Road, Winch <br />Road and Lannigan Springs Road'; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby establish Lannigan Springs roadway rights of way <br />serving: Lum, White, Winch and Lannigan Spring Roads. <br />DATED this 18th day of December, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
