KITTCOM ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-4 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO KITTCOM'S <br />GOVERNING AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, administrative changes have occurred that make it necessary to update <br />KITTCOM'S Governing Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governing Agreement, as further provided in Section 17 of the <br />Agreement, the Agreement may be amended at any time by the majority action of <br />the Administrative Board and ratified by a majority of the legislative bodies of all <br />parties to the agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend KITTCOM'S Governing Agreement to reflect the <br />necessary administrative changes as provided in KITTCOM's Governing <br />Agreement Number Two, which attached and hereby incorporated by reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KITTCOM Administrative Board hereby <br />approves the second amendment to KITTCOM's Governing Agreement that is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Adopted by the Administrative Board of KITTCOM on this 18 th day of October 2018. <br />n KITTCOM Administrative Board <br />ATTEST:
