The current briefing estimates the value of this County fiber at approximately $10 million <br />to $15 million, with a more precise appraisal to be completed after final design and <br />construction costs are known. Inland Cellular is expected to maintain the fiber for its <br />useful life under the negotiated Irrevocable Right of Use (IRU) arrangement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />BEAD grant and State Match funding includes an allocation for administrative and <br />consultant services. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />None <br />
