ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following activities as indicated in <br />your Performance Indicators and Evaluation Workbook for the project: <br />• Program planning and coordination with: <br />o Cascade Prevention Coalition. <br />o Local schools. <br />o Community partners. <br />• Staffing and training on: <br />o Trauma -informed care. <br />o Youth engagement. <br />o Evidence -based prevention practices. <br />• Delivery of group -based services including: <br />o Peer support groups. <br />o Psychoeducational workshops. <br />o Skill -building sessions. <br />• Youth engagement and outreach through: <br />o Schools. <br />o Student -led clubs. <br />o Community partners. <br />• Collaboration and Referral Pathways: <br />o Focus on maintaining relationships with local providers. <br />■ Monitoring and Evaluation of: <br />o Participation. <br />o Engagement. <br />o Outcomes. <br />• Ongoing program improvement through: <br />o Gathering feedback. <br />o Refinement and growth of effective programming. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 3 of 23 <br />
